As a ServiceNow Developer at University of Utah Health, I build and support enterprise platform automation across service catalog workflows, CMDB processes, integrations, and operational support. My largest initiative is end-to-end printer provisioning automation, connecting ServiceNow with Infoblox, LRS SOAP web services, and Oracle ISE to coordinate Configureation Item creation, DNS/IP reservation, printer queue provisioning, downstream fulfillment, and status tracking.

Key Contributions:
Printer Automation & Integrations: Reverse engineered a largely undocumented LRS provisioning process and implemented reliable SOAP-based automation with MID Server routing, model and template mapping, secure-print handling, and auditable status logging.
Reliability & Delivery: Designed for name and host collisions, permission failures, API timeouts, partial failures, rerun scenarios, and manual remediation paths, with extensive testing across development, test, and production environments before rollout.

Messaging System Overhaul: Redesigned request-item and task messaging automation to prevent duplicate updates, route comments and work notes correctly, and deliver clearer notifications and communication, reducing related incidents by more than 95%.
